So September was pretty steady. I even had an easy final week but I suppose as the weather turns on October the real work starts now.
Only 5 Zwift rides in September. I expect this to increase! As I type it is pouring down meaning the usual Saturday ride is off.
We are nearly 1,000 miles ahead of pace which is awesome. I’m looking good to hit my new 4,000 target for 2020 as long as we don’t get a stinker weather-wise!
My weight is still stubbornly 16 stone 6 lbs. This needs addressing. I just can’t stop eating shite. This is pretty depressing.
Really knocking the drink on he head in October so fingers crossed that might reduce the calories. I just need to stop eating cakes!
